End of pregnancy weighed in at 106.6.

5 days in being a mom and I’m down 4.8 down. Was in hospital where portions were monitored so need to maintain at home.

101.8 kg Lost so far: 10 kg. Still to go: 26.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.1 kg a Week
