i want to exercise and I try. but I'm over my BMI by 45.3% and health is terrible.
I've cut out breads,rice, sugar.. yet it's so slow. I'm walking alot
130.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 58.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
