Have spent time working out menus for the week but can't work out how to include pictures of the food I make. If you take a picture of your meal does it automatically share it?

Just seen the answer to my question, yes it does but without what it is. Just for the record the chocolates are keto dark chocolate fat bombs I made and only need one to curb the sweet tooth.
