Getting on the scale in the mornings is so exciting that i feel like i have a reason to get out of bed in the mornings. I love seeing my efforts actually doing something. Loving life right now. Before i was miserable because i have never been fat and i felt ugly and uncomfortable being in public and seeing people that knew me when i was in school or when i was skinny. I felt like everyone was judging me. But when i see the numbers dropping on the scale everyday i feel a sence of beauty even tho im still fat and haven't lost much yet.....does that make sence?
74.4 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
