Today at Banner Hospital with my boots on. 253.5 this morning at home. Got my port installed so next step is chemo. Happy New Year everyone.

115.8 kg Lost so far: 19.0 kg. Still to go: 40.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.3 kg a Week
