I am now back home in South Africa and have gained 4kgs since being back as not been strict keto. From tomorrow I am resetting my body back onto keto. I realise I have been drinking too much red wine and eating too much lindt chocolate. I will make some dark chocolate fat bombs which will stop me from eating a whole block. Making keto soul bread to put in freezer for emergency lunches etc. and have lots of bacon eggs and greens in the fridge. Tomorrow will stock up with protein. Have a great Sunday everyone.
69.4 kg Lost so far: 18.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
