I've been going through a gym slump. work has been hectic and I wanted was to eat and sleep. My friend joined the gym and I realised how excited I became. so I went with her today after not consistently working out for about a month and a half. I weighed myself also and found that I've more or less maintained my weight. I'm really happy I didn't gain. The way I was eating was atrocious!! On to better days. by the end of December I aim to have reached 80kgs. I hope!!
