8 week challenge = 4kgs down, 24cm down, 7% body fat down. So happy and amazed. Never pictured myself actually doing this - - enjoying this process and seeing the change happening.
55.5 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
