Taken me 2 months to drop from 95kg to 93.7kg, even with loads of training and eating better. But i think it is the muscle that is affecting this. My waist has definitely dropped a lot.
93.7 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
