Aren't you pretty much at or very close to the weight you want to maintain? For me, last time I lost the weight I wanted to I stayed within a pound 5 range. It seems like you are doing okay, wearing the size you want. Maybe your body is just telling you the weight it wants to settle in to (if that makes sense)

Thanks, 184, Fritzy, JR, Luise, and Amanda! I'm feeling better today. Still struggling but trying really hard to pull myself together. I had been eating a lot of carbs lately, to the point of sickening. I wasn't even hungry but just wanted to eat. I don't have a plan right now and I'm not sure if I can stick with LCHF anymore. Need to increase my carbs so I don't lose control. The scale just won't budge!!! I think maybe CICO?

For every gram of glycogen, it takes a gram of water with it for storage. For control, nothing beats ketosis....but that means <20 grams of carbs for however long it takes, 3 days to a couple of weeks. You can do this! Until I was in ketosis, it felt like every single cell was hungry and screaming! Now, when I get hungry, my stomach rumbles, no more cellular hunger. You can do it!

We will be here. You will come to a plan. This is a set back...but heck...you are coming here...showing up. Checking in. Have you considered IF ( intermittent fasting)? I started out with it to augment my Keto in July...really turned me around. Helped me corral my eating times? Just a thought...might be just the tweak you need. You are in my thoughts...

Thank you all 😊 When I started my weight was able to drop very quickly when I believe I was in Ketosis, no craving, no hunger. But once I fell off the wagon everything goes wrong. I do enjoy my Keto WOE and at one time I was able to fast alternating days on top of IF 16:8. But now I have lost my focus, summer break is over (I teach preschoolers), less time, so lots of changes too. I will take it one day at a time. My goal is a little different this time. I just got a few pairs of size 4 bottoms and size s t shirt. I don't think I want to wear a size 2 or xs. Right now I just want to tone up a little and increasing muscle mass will cause the scale to tip upward. So, let's see. Thank you all for being here! ❤
