yay!!!! im slowly getting there. in total 7.3kg lost. This feels amazing.
sticking to 100g rotisserie chicken & 200v cabbage for lunch and dinner :-)
103.1 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
