Muscle: 28 -> 27.7

Trying different times for gym, and I just dunno if morning is working.
Will try for another 2/3 weeks, but I always feel rushed and don;t get everything in.
97.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
