Everyday weighs are a pain but keeps an eye on things and takes the scare out of the scale for me. KCKO

Even though I do my daily weigh in, I have learned not to get discouraged by comparing my weight with that from a week ago and I can always tell myself it's not too shabby :) BTW calculating average daily loss gave me 0.3584 which is about 2.5 lb per week, something exceeded my initial 1.5 lb/week goal. KCKO
