Usual weight gain, it is always the same just before I leave to go back home to Cape Town lots of meals out. I still have 2 lunch dates seeing friends before leaving end of next week. Good news is when home most restaurants cater for keto so meeting friends there won't be a strain on my WOE.
67 kg Lost so far: 21.3 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Loved my Cape Town holiday. It has been my dream to see the Table Mountain and even better to get to the top. By cable car of course!

I live in a small fishing village called Kommetjie on the way to Cape point about 45 min from the city and know how lucky I am to live in such a beautiful. When I walk on the beach I see the back of table mountain. Can't wait to walk to the lighthouse which I try to do on the days I'm not playing golf.
