I've been feeling very tired the last few weeks. insomnia is at its highest and the most amount of sleep I get is 5 hours. That isn't much when you are working 12 hour days in Summer with a temperature of 40°c and 95% humidity levels. Anyway, I've also slacked on my gym and diet responsibilities 😞 The point is, today I went back to gym and worked my butt off. My next goal is to get myself beyond 85kg by mid September.
