Looking for ONEderland again after my recent trip to NY Food and wine festival, I believe the rapid weight gain and rapid weight lost is now directly related to carbs,as this was a research project I was doing for college. The weight came on and almost all came off within a 7 day time frame, at least for me, I also believe it is a good idea to carb up once in awhile to get the bodies metabilism moving more quickly.... Will report this back to my college class when college resumes next Monday. The college is considering adding a class on Keto and special Diets in the upcoming future after more research is done.Thank you to my FS family for helping me.Many of my students have joined this wonderful site to help them on their own journeys.

Thanks for furthering research and education on this. Yes, carb ups seem to make sense. Though in what I'm reading, they're talking about moderate amounts of carby vegetables rather than piles of sweets. :'( What a great role model you are for your students!
