I am so confused by these challenge progress report boxes. I don't know if I have time for it after all. I am going nuts from work overload. But still trying to get my 2 good walks in every day. I feel less bloated today. It's gradually getting better. I am trying to stay mentally strong and positive about sticking to a better WOE instead of caving in to high-calorie convenience food.
