Went majorly over my calorie and carb allowance three times last week. Due in part to not checking details before eating poor food choices whilst attending birthdays, golf comps and visits to friends. Apart from not feeling great have put on 1.5kgs. Have now food planned for the week.
68.6 kg Lost so far: 19.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I also lost the plot for about a week, due to going to London and going through visa stuff to live in the States. Stress got the better of me,but now I have only 5 weeks until I fly out there, so am determined to be good at least until I get there :). With new foods etc. I will try my best to stay on track once I am there, so fingers crossed. I set my food plan each day, sometimes a couple of days, as I never know what I feel like eating on a weekly basis. I have to say, having it planned does make a big difference for me to stick to it better.
