I am not surprised I gained. We ate some delicious food on our trip. We ate Indian, Greek, Mexican, and some awesome sushi. Of course they were all high in carbs. I regret nothing. It was worth it. lol I am happy to be back home and getting back on my diet.
91.2 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
