Haven't seen those numbers since 2014! i cried seeing it, just motivation to stick to my diet
83.9 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hang in there. it does not come easy at all, it is just discipline and more discipline. It has taken me a long time to get to this weight. Cut yourself some slack. Good luck!
