Haven't been logging my food and not been eating well. My Husband has been in the hospital since Sunday. He was so very sick so I haven't left his side. The combination of Hospital food, vending machines and Wonderful Friends and family bringing food derailed me this week. Not to mention no exercise because of sitting in a room for a week. But Praise God, I haven't gained! And Praise God my Husband is finally home and on the way to recovery! God is good! All the time!!! Now, Back to logging and jogging 😊👍
