tadinya ga mau ngelirik timbangan selama bulan puasa.. tapi karena abis makan aga banyak trus badan berasa berat (mungkin sugesti aja) akhirnya nimbanglah saya.. dan jeeennggg jeeennngg :D turun 2 kg selama 10 hari puasa.. in total start dari 15 maret 2017 sampai dengan kemaren 4 june 2017.. i loss 10 kgs :D
makin semangat laahh..
72.8 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
