21 weeks pregnant. Trying not to gain any weight. Happy that I lost a few in my first trimester. It is a struggle now as I keep on feeling hungry. But still trying.
81.8 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 23.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

Listen to what your body is telling you about cravings though. Sometimes you crave specific foods at specific times in the pregnancy and I KNOW my cravings for protein were MUCH higher and NEEDED during both my pregnancies. The chocolate milk😜 not so much ! 😝

I must say, I don't really have cravings for bad things. Gherkins is on the top of my list. Then lemons. I do prefer meat above carbs. I do not allow myself to give in to sweet cravings if I do feel like it. I try very hard to keep on track seeing that I am still overweight☺

Sounds like you're doing great! Protein is essential and the carbs can help push you into pregnancy diabetes. Your prenatal vitamins and some fat should make you satisfied hunger wise and keep the nutrients up! 😁
