Didn't weigh in the beginning, cause I didn't have a working scale. I just used the weight I was at my last doc app. Which was a while ago. So, Not sure if I really lost 10 pds or not. But now that I have a working scale, I can try to track my weight better.
140.9 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 86.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
