If I follow the diet 100%, the fat just melts away :-)

Hey Jane, need help I am not making any progress, but at least I know why... BINGE EATING.. I just can't stop. been trying this IF diet but am still binging.. always end up eating more than I should. The thing is when I start eating I just can't stop.. its scary... which diet are you on?

Hi, I'm on Slender Wonder. I do not feel hungry at all. The diet is easy to follow.

Try eating granny smith apples as a snack. they are filling and you can spice it up with some salt (if you don't have blood pressure issues) and some curry powder. KFC chilli salt also works well
