I felt a little more in control of myself yesterday, even though I did have a cannoli and lasagna for lunch. (Damn you, Sopranos!) The night eating problem was better though. I chose an apple instead of popcorn. I really do have to practice making good choices and saying "no" out loud... Part of rewiring my brain. Old habits do die hard.
