Day five fat fast. Last day. Start weight 222.2 lbs. CW 217.6 lbs, total loss 4.6 lbs. Likely I will regain 1 lb.

I'm ready to get back to dining out...Lol. I'm excited for the loss though.
98.7 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg.    Still to go: 35.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
