Back to banting - I was "slapgat" the past month after the gallbladder operation and xmas etc etc.

Today I start all over, picked up 4 kg in 1 month......I can kick my own butt, better do something now before I pick up more
103 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 18 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Thank you, no swimming lessons as well and I am too lazy to use treadmill. Your weight also move in the right direction - keep it up!
