Went to first Yoga Class since January. How do you gain a pound overnight? Have Yogurt for dinner and Tapioca before bedtime. Whaaaa!
128.6 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 53.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
