Wow, you have done SO well getting ready for that surgery, Tanya! So awesome for you! 8kg already. I looked at some of your recent diet diary entries and the food looks good. Your carbs are nice and low but there's some veg in there. I must think about your approach for myself. You have got brilliant results. :)
