apple beignets where perhaps fatter then i thought. still it is a hard blow considdering how many things i did not eat. salty foods though... and maybe retaining water from fatique. final excuse is monthly period,.. but still...
98 kg Lost so far: 14 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Excuses are only that - excuses. If you know that you probably didn't do all you were supposed to do, then you know where the error lies. It's easily fixed.
