So, no big surprise, I gained 1/2 lb. I knew this quick drop in weight wouldn't last. I did well with tracking yesterday, did my exercising & took the Pottermore quiz last night (apparently I'm the Horned Serpent, who values wisdom - how'd THAT happen?). But yesterday I also drank my last Diet Coke that I'd brought to the office, plus I got a Coke Zero when I stopped for gas last night. So, probably some water retention from all the sodium. No big deal, I'll just drink extra water. Tonight there's a change of plans from the diet menu; my daughter will have dinner with us so I'm cooking the last of the bratwurst. Yeah, I know, not exactly low-cal but I bought them so I might as well eat them, right? I'll also make the corn on the cob I bought to go with them, plus green beans - YUM! To help compensate, I brought one of my lowest-cal tv dinners to have for lunch - and NO ICE CREAM today! No treat, my afternoon snack will be an apple! Plus an extra 1/2 mile on the treadmill tonight; that's the plan. Hopefully we'll lose that 1/2 lb pretty easily!
