Saturday's weigh in at the Dr's office confirmed that I had indeed lost 10 lbs. I'm not sure where but truly excited that the scales are now going in the right direction. Now to face a work week of I don't know what lays ahead. Strength and perseverance, be on my side.
132.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 57.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
