This is approximately where I stalled last time I was on a diet. Couldn't seem to get past this 144 mark.

Though, I really should blame it on the chocolate cake I had at my friend's going away/birthday party. She's far away from me and I guess I ate my emotions away.

Here's to a better week!
65.7 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
