Yes, yes, yes! The key is sports - when I've been at gym the wieight drop is far more likely. So logical and so true.
I adore my new gym and as it is so close to my home and in my way to wherever I go, no excuses
75.3 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.9 kg a Week
