Day 14 on the high fruit plant based diet. Weight loss 6.8 lbs. I used to literally starve myself to lose weight. I am still fasting, but it is just a low calorid day. Yesterday I had 1300 calories. It was suppose to be 550 calories but nibbled on fruit and veg all day.

I am SO happy right now. Its exciting. I have a wedding, my daughters, to go to in 2017. I hope to be 140 by then. Its been a great 14 days so far! Today is a huge eat day mostly fruit, some potatoes.

I"m back as losing and its actually painless and quite enjoyable. :)

wow 500 plus calories for the whole day. i cant begin to tell you how irresponsible and dangerous that is.that is malnutritious no matter how many pieces of fruit you eat a day.no words. wow.ill pray for you darlings. your scaring mee
