Starting an exercise regiment today. I am bowling today. Tomorrow I am quitting the gym(I never go anyway). I am bringing the ab rower out of the basement(my new bedroom accessory). Starting at 30 min a day...no matter what. Ive already brought up the weights and the small stepper. I am hoping to join a round robin tennis group...we'll see. I have been changing a lot in my life and I really appreciate being able to come here and venting. Thnx for all the support.
102.7 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
