98.3 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg. Still to go: 2.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 2.5 kg a Week

We had a catered Christmas supper at work tonight. It was full of sodium and fat so I hope it didn't undo this mornings results....
