Just finished week 1 of a 12 week challenge. It went fine except a few drinks Saturday night. I'm really trying to watch and be aware of what I'm eating. I kind of got a whatever attitude over the summer. A few weeks back found out my thyroid levels are low again. On an increased medication. I still feel tired but less fatigue. I did not notice a change in my weight, normally it would result in losing a pound or two of what I gained while it was low. Back to the doctor in a few more weeks after more blood work. It's disappointing but better my thyroid than my PBC.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
