I had a mini whoosh on the scales today! I'm getting closer to my 2nd goal of being under 90 kgs by the end of November (2 weeks to go) setting goals of 2.5 kgs loss at a time is really pushing me forward. I am giving myself a month to lose each of my goals because it is do able. I think I could lose 1.3 kgs in 2 weeks! Keeping positive always 😊

Good work! I like the idea of setting achievable goals along the way too, breaks the mountain into doable climbs.
