Day 10 of 21 Day Fix -- hard to believe it's been 10 days already!
Last night I felt a little "off" -- like I hadn't eaten enough, so I had a late night snack of Fiber One - Lemon Bar and a Nature Valley Fruit and Nut bar. Felt better. Didn't get in all my water, but most of it!

DOWN 3.8 LBS SINCE LAST WEDNESDAY!!!!

Today's exciting menu (and yes, I'm looking forward to it!)
Breakfast - Healthy French Toast with strawberries (yes, my fav! - Fixate Recipe)
Snack (10:30am) - 1/2 Red container of Activia yogurt, 1/2 Yellow container of Nature Valley Oats and Honey crunch bar (broken down to granola form - probably 1 bar)
Lunch - Caesar Salad with Caesar Dressing (Fixate Recipe)
Snack (3:30pm) - 1/2 Blue container of mozzarella string cheese (about 1/2 string cheese), 1/4 cup Chunky Monkey Ice Cream (Fixate Recipe), and 1/2 Yellow container of Nature Valley Oats and Honey crunch bar (see other snack)
Supper - Chocolate Shake (1 scoop right size chocolate protein powder + 8 fl oz unsweetened almond milk) over 1 purple container of frozen blackberries. The consistency freezes the shake and tastes like ice cream with fruit. Really amazing. Used to blend all together until I discovered this combination!

Water Intake for the week --- Water goal daily was 121.8 fl oz
10/21 - 144 fl oz
10/22 - 108 fl oz
10/23 - 108 fl oz
10/24 - 72 fl oz
10/25 - 108 fl oz
10/26 - 72 fl oz
10/27 - 84 fl oz

Water Intake Goal for this week: 118.7 fl oz!!! Yeah!!! The "secret" is I have a SmartWater bottle that is 3 12floz servings. Have one at breakfast, lunch, supper, and snack. And this pretty much meets/exceeds my daily goal. But that's what I try really hard to do! Makes it easier when working out first thing in the morning! Or eat extra carbs at night -- breakfast 33.8 is already gone -- working on my snack one!

106.8 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Great job!! Do you think you'll stick with the container eating when you're done with the program, or start the program over? I use my water bottles too. It seems like if I already have the water ready to go in the larger bottles I tend to actually drink it. :)
