The more consistent I am in writing down the food that I eat, the more Ii lose weight.

Since I started up again, I've lost about 9 to 10 pounds in three months.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
