Still going strong. Cutting out the sugar completely except for the natural sugars in fruits and veggies. Exercising for 20min whenever I have free time but minimum three times a week. Drinking lots of water and no fizzy drinks.
73.3 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week

Yeah it is - just need to keep at it. Haven't eaten today yet besides my fluids so off for lunch where a Grilled Chicken breast salad with feta cheese awaits....:-)
