Hit snooze 4+ times. Finally rolled out of bed around 6:45am. Decided I wasn't going to workout. Walked like an out of shape elderly woman to the restroom. Upon return to the bedroom, saw a scheduled workout - Deep Calm Yoga. I really like that workout -- loosens everything up. Clicked Play. Enjoyed the sensation of stretching, and noticed not as limber as last week. Mental note. Was supposed to do weights today -- Dumbbell Greatness. Saw a 9 minute workout called "Top Harmony" for arms, shoulders, chest and clicked Play. Actually challenging workout. Mental note. Just because it says a short workout does not mean it's going to be easy, despite the "casual" wording. Triceps may not like me much tomorrow. Decided to flip through other workouts to see what Skimble was suggesting today and "accidently" clicked on "Love You To the Core" -- a 4 1/2 minute Core and Glutes workout. Once you click it, there is no going back -- one is "committed" and must proceed forward and complete this one too.

Found a new motto yesterday -- "You have the power to change your life at any given moment. Never forget that."

Didn't want to weigh in this morning, but after not overly snacking last night and getting into bed at a decent hour, I knew I had to. And I knew it wasn't going to be a great weigh in. And I knew I'd have to work hard to remove it...so no time like the present, right?

loved reading your entry, you stayed so positive! I have a "Change" or "Choice" motto taped to my desk, it reads...If you are miserable, make a choice. If you are still miserable, you can choose again. Have a good day :)
