Well, my weight stayed exactly the same today as yesterday. But I'm not surprised because I don't think my body can continue to lose without plateauing. I just hope it continues to go down rapidly. But regardless, I think I've found my lifestyle with this new fat free vegan diet. And I feel great!!!

I am glad the FF vegan lifestyle is working for you. I have tried a low-fat diet before AND also a vegetarian diet. I failed miserably at both! What finally worked for me was to try and eat everything in moderation. (I'm not perfect, though, I still have my pig-out days). My neighbor has been a vegetarian for a year or so now and is still doing wonderfully at it. It can be done! I love the Morningstar Farms products. If you look at my food journal, I have a Morningstar Farms Chik'n Patty almost every single day. I LOVE them! I don't miss breaded chicken patties (the real meat ones) one single bit. Have you found yourself craving any of your old foods at all?
