SO, after 2 months of very little exercise and not very good eating habits, I have decided that I am going to make a way to get back into the gym. With or without a car. Pilates on Monday made me cry, cause I could feel how unfit I was. Zumba yesterday made me feel like a drunk giraffe - But I sweated more than I could have asked for! It has been a while since my last weigh-in (i did go up more, but have come back down), I am determined to be settled into goal weight by summer!
