Good Morning Everyone;

My weight went up again. But that happens when you have an injury and you are on limited work duty. I was reminded the other day, I'm not as young as I used to be. Boy am I feeling that. Back in the gym, but hard to work anything really with a back injury. So mainly using treadmill and stretching.

The exercise tracker here confuses me. It always shows me a deficit. Sometimes a large one. The one thing I truly wish is some of the exercises were more accurate. Treadmill for example. It doesn't account for incline or speed variances. Ill be doing a measurement later today to see if I actually have lost or am I truly just gaining again. I cant seem to hit that 195 and stay there.

I know that feeling with injuries. I had my foot injured in an auto accident back in 2017 and spent months in a brace. Got 10 new pounds out of the bargain, but I got my foot back, good as new. You'll get through this and get where you need to be 👍
