Broccoli 🥦 and natto for lunch
Salad 🥗, 4 broiled smelt fish 🐟, simmered konnyaku and fish cakes, apple 🍎, kiwi 🥝 and nuts 🥜 for dinner
44.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
