Chicken salad and natto for lunch
Salad 🥗, lamb chop with tomato sauce, apple 🍎, kiwi 🥝 and nuts 🥜 for dinner
44.6 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
