Salad 🥗, brie cheese 🧀, lambs chops with tomato sauce 🥫, apple 🍎, kiwi 🥝 and nuts 🥜 for dinner
45.1 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
